Projects are taken on selectively, with a focus on small to mid-sized sites. We do not take on large-scale eCommerce websites.

  • Each project is unique, so timelines vary. After learning more about your goals and scope, we’ll outline a tailored project schedule before we begin.

  • Yes. Each project includes a set number of revision rounds to refine the design and ensure it aligns with your vision.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. All payment terms are clearly outlined in the proposal and contract.

  • Yes! We offer payment plans. These usually break the total cost into manageable installments tied to project milestones (for example: start, midpoint, and final delivery, or 50% upfront and the rest at the end). If you need a custom arrangement, we can discuss options that work for both sides.

  • Yes! Once the project is completed and paid in full, you receive full rights to your final approved designs.
